Return & Refund Policy

At Gift Rug Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since all of our products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for each customer, please carefully review our policy below.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours may not be accepted.

Returns

We offer a 30-day policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to report any product-related issue.

Because our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each order, we do NOT accept returns for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Choosing the wrong design

  • Personal preference after delivery

  • Mistakes made in personalization details submitted by the customer

Returns are accepted ONLY IF the product arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Manufacturing defective

  • Printed incorrectly due to our error

  • Significantly different from the original approved order

Personalized Products

All products sold by Gift Rug Store are produced according to the custom design, photo, text, size selection, or personalization details provided by the customer.

Because of the custom production process, personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Please carefully review all customization details before placing your order.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for custom or personalized products.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we may send a replacement after reviewing the case.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • A printing or manufacturing error caused by us

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photos showing the issue.

After review, we may provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement product

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund (when applicable)


Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.


European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union may have additional consumer rights under local regulations.

However, under EU consumer protection laws, custom-made and personalized products are generally exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal/cancellation right.
